The SWITG performs their productions at the Park Playhouse in Shenandoah, Iowa.  The facility is beautifully located in the Sportsman Park.  Several features near the Park Playhouse include: The Rose Garden, The Wabash Trace and the Shenandoah Swimming Pool.  We are located off either Hwy 48 or Hwy 59 by turning onto West Ferguson Ave.  We are located on the north side of the street.

Southwest Iowa Theater Group

Click on the link below to get driving directions to the Park Playhouse theater.  (The link below is actually the address for the National Guard Armory, the Park Playhouse Theater is located one block to the right (or to the east) of the Armory.  Map Quest does not recognize our address.

The SWITG originally performed in KMA’s Mayfair Building.  When the theater group built the Park Playhouse,  original seats from the Mayfair Building were put into the auditorium.  In 2006 new seats were installed for the audience’s comfort.
